When was the last time you stepped into a public library?
The last time I stepped in was during university – a good 8 to 9 years ago. Over the years with work and all, my voracious love for reading has taken a backseat (not a good excuse, me know). And, with the likes of varying e-readers in trend and market now, there just isn’t much of a need to step into the public library.

Today, on my errands run I realized there was a library within the vicinity and a sudden urge to sidestep my errands and pay it a visit came sweeping over me. So, for the first time in 8 years, I stepped into a public library and had my NRIC (you just need to get your proof of identity verified now instead of applying for a library card) verified so that I can borrow books.
I walked through the aisles, pulled book off the shelves to have a closer look and finally, decided on the following three;

There’s a familiar warmth of walking through the library this afternoon – reminds me of my love for books and the hours spent in the library in my formative and schooling years.

Never too late to embark on this old practice, again.

    Babe, lol! I just went to the library yesterday too! Love the place, but the one at woodlands has a bigger selection. Do you know that you can now search online for the book you want,reserve it and pick it up at your choice of location? awesome right!
