Once in a while it’s nice to toddle the weekend away with absolutely no plans but to undergo comatose activities. Please be warned comatose activities should only be conducted once every quarter (or month hehe).
 
Gosh, I feel awfully guilty typing this out because my comatose activities included the wondrous activities of eat, sleep, watch trashy tv and let the cycle repeat itself from Sat onto Sun. However on Sat night, I was feeling a tad bit stuffy and apologetic to my waistline so I decided to head out for a run.
Proof that I did run 🙂 – sadly to say, it does not justify for the amount of food (read: carbo) that’s gone into the tummy.
A mix-mash of hormonal imbalance and feeling absolutely knackered out from the week past that I’ve decided to let myself be, to indulge and feel sorry latter on (like now).

Oh well, I have the upcoming week to make up for it by choosing healthier meals and squeezing in 2 x 10kms run amidst the work schedule.  
Note to self : YOU are to refrain from stuffing yourself with all those calorie-laden delicacies at Tong Hua Night Market, when you’re in Taipei for work this week.
