Never thought I would welcome running back into my life with such passion and vigour. It’s been nothing short of amazing – I feel so refresh, sleeps better at night, clears out my frustrations and perfect exercise combo to pair with strength training on the weekend.
Clocked in my longest run last night – 8 KM. Mighty please with my endurance but can do much better timing wise.
Personal goal is to clock in 10 KM in 1 hr.
Will join my first , official marathon in July – Shape Run. I got M to run with me and think it’s going to be a fantastic experience to run with the girlfriend.
I’m loving this little running routine – keeps me sane and happy.
