I’ve been lusting for the brownie cheesecake at Fika Swedish Cafe & Bistro since my encounter with it last month. The sinful combo of brownie and cheesecake had the dessert-glutton in me drooling when E spoke of it, and damn did it live up to it’s name – think of fudge-like brownie crust topped off with cream cheese. Oh, the tanginess of the cheese and how it melts within the richness of the chocolate brownie.

The mains were nothing to shout about – or cause of wrong main selections but the desserts definitely warrants for a second visit. I’ll be sure to make a dessert-trip once I cave into the cravings (i.e. diet mode now).
