Lei Yue Mun, small fishing village in Kowloon – smaller scale to Sai Kung in terms of the available seafood vendors and restaurants. However, alike Sai Kung, seafood lovers are able to choose their own fresh seafood from the various seafood shops and have it cooked at the chosen restaurants, within the narrow seafood street.

I personally found Lei Yue Mun to be be less touristy than Sai Kung, with a strong preservation of the past, which shed an enduring vibe to the whole place. The night breeze and twinkle of lights across the channel was truly mesmerizing; set a wonderful tone for the night filled with good food, laughter, awesome conversations and togetherness.

Am very pleased we chose to have seafood here for Dad’s 60th.
