This 宅女 spent a good part of the day pampering herself -first it was gym for about an hour+ followed by a Swedish massage at the gym’s spa boutique. The 30 minutes of lounging in the oxygen room with a cup of ginger tea and gossip magazines was a nice way to loosen up and prepare the body for the massage.
Headed home for a simple dinner – got the helper to steamed the veggies, whilst I added in a spoonful of pasta into the mixture. Tasty meal to whipped up within 15 mins and best bit of it? It contains all my favourite ingredients – broccoli, eggplants, tomatoes, hard boiled egg and tad bit of carbo.

On another note, the cupping marks on the arm doesn’t seem to be going away. Bet my TCM doctor is going to sprout the same o’l circulation qi-story (and how I need to drink less cold water, not sleep in the air con etc) to me again tomorrow *sad face*.
