Dabbling and experimenting with healthy fruit juice recipes is next on my list. One of mum’s closest girlfriend has given her a sheet of varying fruit juice recipes and the benefits of drinking it. Hence lately, mugs of weird looking fruit juice- mixtures has been appearing on the kitchen table. Shall not argue with mother on the fruity goodness it oozes :)- I’ll try and get pics of it next time when it’s serve within our humble abode.
How do you guys ensure you have the neccesary fruits intake required in your daily diet? I’m fairly guilty of my fruits intake but thankfully there is the habit of having freshly squeezed fruit juice, either in the morning before I head to work or from the canteen in the afternoon.
