Today’s dinner was rather late due to the fogies’ appointment in the evening and me being exhausted with the amount of people coming to view the house this afternoon. Hence, decided that having a simple dinner in the comfort of home would be ideal – and furthermore, this may very well be the last Father’s Day dinner in this house.

The old man was not spare from the cooking tonight and whipped up a delicious meal in less than 40 mins ( grilled shrimp, fish fillet for Mum and lamb chops for us both with sauteed vegs and mushrooms on the side). Nothing beats sitting down at the dining table with good food, wine and my parents’ company. There unwavering support and love has always been the main pillar of my existence and focus – and with that, I can never imagine a life without my two best friends.
