Sundays are usually spent at home -resting, day dreaming and thinking through what needs to be done in the coming week. Aside from either gym or swimming in the morning.

What’s always nice is coming home from such activities to Mum’s cooking, with her hectic work schedule we don’t usually want to tired her out, so much of the cooking is left in the hands of the helper.

Today’s menu:

Curry with mixed vegetables – (I opt to have mine with rice vermicelli)

Pig’s liver (猪肝) with scallion and ginger

The dish above will probably put some of you off but it’s gotta be one of my fav dish in the world – some of you may not like the taste but can surely benefit from the source of iron and energy it provides.
