I’ve always been immensely keen in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the whole works. It’s been a hard decision but I’ve finally got down to registering for a TCM foundation course that will commence in mid- Feb.

Extremely thrilled and excited to embark on this new journey – the skills I’ll pick up, the herbs I’ll be-friend, and of course to determine whether it becomes more than just a pastime activity or even a retirement job!

I  feel the love when I hear of close ones offering to be guinea pigs for me to poke needles into!
