Naengmyeon has always been one of my fav Korean dish – and was delightful to find that it comes in a ‘instant pack’ too.

All you gotta do is chill the boiled noodle, chop up the vegs, add in the sauce and …voila, oh wait there’s one final step and that’s to mix it thoroughly with your metal chopstick and spoon to gather that  한국어 feel in the comfort of your home.
